Company majors in producing all kinds of vessel fan, axial fan, jet fan, centrifugal fan, metro tunnel fan, cooling tower expert fan, blast gate, exhaust smoke valve, fire damper and etc. At present, company covers an area of 60, 000 square meters, and the floorage is more than 35, 000 square meters. The number of staff is 108, in which 45 persons are technicians with high education. What� s more, company has a long-term cooperating relation with Xin� an Chiao-t� ung University. Besides that, company also collaborates with Zhejiang University, Shanghai Tongji University, Beijing Aerospace University, and absorbs their different science� s high professional technique. Fan design originates from American SAP Fan System Software, CAD optimum design, Intensity Testing, Function forecast, yawp estimation, impeller dynamic simulation analysis and etc; Company totally bears 45 sets of national or international advanced numeric lather equipments, in which lumber lay-off is shaped by Japanese Xiaosong CNC shearing machine, bender and laser cutter; axis wind rotor is sealed by Japanese YASKAWA� s SK6 robot; Vane shaped mould is processed in American Photo Co. � s vertical machine center; On testing and inspecting aspects, it is equipped with full testing set of fan testing device, and the automatic gathering system� s wind-room testing device was designed by Shanghai Jiao-t� ung University, same as ISO5801; 1997 Industry fan, which is accordance with following standards: function testing by using standardized wind trunk; Dynamic Balance verifying by Germany H4UYYW300 technique; libration tested by Japanese VM-61Vibration meter, sintering quality justified by X2505X gamma-ray detection apparatus. Company has developed more than ten series ( more than 2, 000 specifications) of fans, which are popular in electricity, rubber, car, petrifaction, railway stations, airport, Senior Civil Constructing field and etc. All the products sell well in more than 20 provinces and cities as well as export to Southeast Asia.
